from table to farm-er
The summer of 2012 I moved from my coastal Big Sur restaurant table at Sierra Mar, located on the 95 acre Post Ranch Inn, to a rural Missouri Farm established in 1932 by my wife Tamara's grandparents, Paul and Gladys Pursley. In October of 2015, we opened Harvest Restaurant. Harvest is open every weekend Thursday - Saturday serving dinner only begining at 5:30pm. We grow produce on our farm for the Harvest menu as well as source from many fine local and Missouri purveyors. Living in the country, it is a sun-up to sun-down day and your path happily leads you a little closer to the source.
