A Late August Farm Supper

Recently Chef Craig von Foerster has been filling raised beds for a 2nd season garden while busy crafting his next six course menu “A Late August Farm Supper". With area Farmers Markets and his own Farm Road 168 Gardens in full production, this is an exciting time of year for a "micro-local" farm feast. Traditionally at summers end, the hay has been hauled, the State Fair winds down and the kitchen canner finds a little relief. Foraged fresh in real time availability the ingredients sourced for each month’s menu take center stage and are grown right here where we all live. The evening's procession of courses are dictated by the garden harvest as each course unfolds not one minute before it should because "hyper-seasonal" is more than just a catchphrase.
 
Tea, coffee & water are available and you are welcome to bring your own beer/wine to enjoy.  [ no corkage fee ]​
Seating is limited and reservations are booked in order.​
Price is per person + tax or $102.22
