Meet Chef von Foerster June 27, 2013 at the Vesta Room.
An array of flavorsome small bites will be provided along with a sampling of beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Since his arrival to 417 last summer, Chef has foraged real time Missouri farm and food purveyors, smoked some amazing local trout and continued work on his handcrafted artisan sausages, bacon and salumi.
If your appetite is craving something a little extraordinary, please join Indiana native Chef von Foerster and his wife Tamara on Thursday June 27th from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
